Fit With Friends:
This is a fun, new concept at the Y! Do you have a group of 4 (or more) friends that you would like to work out with? Let us know, and we will find a Certified Trainer for you that works for your schedule. Enjoy a small group personal training setting with encouragement and motivation to ensure your success on your terms. These 45 minute, one or two-time/week (semi-reserved) classes will be designed with your group in mind! See class options below.

TRX Suspension Training
TRX is a small group setting using suspension training to build true functional strength and improve flexibility, balance and core stability.
Warrior Fit is a fast-paced, challenging workout. Based on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Warrior Fit will definitely spice up your workout and give you that challenge you have been waiting for! Join us in Warrior Fit for a variety of workouts that will keep you on your toes and your body guessing.
Learn the fundamentals of major Olympic and Powerlifting exercises. Participants will go through the basics of the Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, Clean, Snatch and all progression associated with it. Classes will be in a small group and lead by a USA– Weightlifting Instructor.
Women On Weights
Ladies, join this group and you can overcome any barriers you may have about working out in the free weight room. Your Certified Trainer will teach you the correct way to use the equipment in our wellness center and will also create a different workout for you and your small group each class. The workouts are designed to build muscular strength and endurance while giving you a total body workout.
Fit With Friends Format
¨ 5-Week Sessions
¨ Class length @ 45 minutes
¨ Class times determined by group scheduling and Trainer availability
¨ Minimum of 4 participants in order to have class
¨ Trainer may add participants in order to fill class
¨ Maximum class size determined by type of class and Trainer
2x/Week Classes (5 week sessions):
¨ Member: $70 for ($7/class)
¨ Non Member: $100 ($10/class)
1x/Week Classes (5 week sessions):
¨ Member: $40 ($8/class)
¨ Non Member: $70 ($14/class)

Personal Training (One-on-One and Partner)
Your fitness goals are the top priority of our Certified Personal Trainers. We take your goals and develop successful individualized programs that ensure results. Our certified trainers are here to help you reach your health and fitness goals, no matter what those goals may be, with high quality fitness programs and plans!
We are now offering more personal training packages and pricing options including a monthly payment plan. This way, we can help you reach your goals faster with more budget friendly plans!
Included with your membership is access to a Wellness Coach who will help you create or further develop your vision for healthy living. Whether you want help figuring out the equipment, training for a race or adjusting your eating habits, a wellness coach can get you on the right track. If you have been advised by your doctor to start exercising and get healthier because you demonstrate health risks and/or because you have been diagnosed with a medical condition, we have medical program staff that can support and encourage you throughout your journey. Physical Therapists are part of your wellness team and will be there for you during your journey back to health.
