How did you get started with health and fitness? What drew you in?
"Growing up, I was always active in sports and loved to compete, so going into college I knew I wanted to pursue something in the field of health education and/or fitness. Working in many aspects of health ranging from physical therapy clinics, to training the senior population and the joy that comes with what some may consider small achievements, but what is life-changing for another, is what keeps me going and continues my passion in health and fitness."
Favorite exercise and/or workout style
"My favorite exercise is the squat. I prefer to work out in Olympic weightlifting with the snatch and clean and jerk."
