How did you get started with health and fitness? What drew you in?
"My journey to health, fitness and athletic performance began at 7 years of age when I started playing baseball. I would go on to play football and finally track. Becoming an All-American in track at the University of Georgia and then a four-time Olympic trials competitor, health and fitness is what I grew to know well. My passion for helping people achieve their goals, as I have, is what drew me into being a coach/trainer."
Favorite exercise and/or workout style
"My favorite exercise is the Power Clean and any ab circuit. My workout style is built around a lot of laughing, great energy, attention to detail, and teaching in a way that allows you to eventually become your own trainer."
"My promise is to always give you 100 percent. I am a great listener and motivator. I will always believe in you and encourage you to be the best version of you."
