We all have different goals and needs. Sometimes the expertise of a fitness professional is needed to help with program plan development, motivation or accountability. All Y Personal Trainers are nationally certified and trained to help you meet your fitness goals with an individualized exercise prescription and coaching. Your first session will involve a fitness assessment, consultation, and program design to make sure that you are getting what you want and need from your trainer.
In addition to traditional personal training, the Y offers a variety of options and packages, as well as premium fitness classes. Where available, training sessions can be purchased for TRX, Kettlebells, Boot Camp, Women on Weights and more! We know that sticking to an exercise program is easier with friends, so we encourage groups of two or three to train together.
