Small Group Training

If you're looking for a fun and affordable way to take your fitness to the next level, our Small Group Training sessions are for you! Small Group Training combines the community support and accountability of group fitness classes with the individualized instruction and attention of personal training. Offerings include:

  • TRX Fusion classes utilize TRX suspension systems and gravity, combined with additional cardio and strength exercises to give you a challenging workout.
  • Senior TRX classes use specialized TRX training to build strength, stability and endurance
  • Tread Zone is a treadmill-based class using various speed, incline and intensity settings on the treadmill to increase your cardiovascular strength and endurance
  • Power Cycle helps build cycling speed, strength and endurance through indoor training
  • Pilates Reformer training is available for one, two or three people in Wellmark Y's Pilates Studio
  • Triathlon Training is combines cycling and swimming training to build your endurance and help you reach your goals, no matter your experience.
