Through our Annual Campaign, the Y is able to ensure all people have equal access to reach their full potential.
Impacting Central Iowa
For more than 150 years, the YMCA of Greater Des Moines has empowered communities by ensuring access to resources, relationships, and opportunities for all to learn, grow, and thrive.
Residents call the YMCA Supportive Housing Campus home.
At the YSHC, we provide hope, dignity, and support in the form of permanent supportive housing.
Individuals have been given access through scholarships.
We strive to make our programs and services available to anyone who can benefit from them, regardless of their ability to pay. Financial assistance is available for membership as well as program registration.
